For Shapeshifting, your IAS from armor and Jewelry, does not benefit your IAS when in form, therefor we will be using the Werewolf form, because it has IAS when shapeshifted, where Werebear, has Enhanced Damage and Defense. The biggest difference on Shapeshifting builds compared to Zealer Paladin or Frenzy Barbarian, is how IAS works.
